The Injunction for Protection Project (IFP Project) at Family Life Center provides free and confidential legal assistance in injunction for protection cases. The IFP Attorney is licensed by the Florida Bar and provides legal advice and representation in the following injunction for protection cases:
The IFP Project Attorney meets with survivors to assist them in determining whether filing a Petition for Injunction for Protection is appropriate. The IFP Project Attorney assists survivors in completing and filing the initial petitions, provides representation at:
The IFP Project Attorney also makes referrals to other organizations for services not available through the IFP Project.
The IFP Project operates separately from other services provided by Family Life Center and the IFP Attorney exercises independent judgment in providing services to their clients.
